Yes, the basic bones of it are open source, but the actual useful bits are still proprietary and you get your private data sold or manipulated for your trouble on top of it. It violates the spirit of what open source should be and just about everyone is doing it. I really think the community needs to start focusing on the problems with common open source licensing.
